The Washtub opened its doors in 2000 and has been providing great products and services to the Warren area ever since. What sets us apart from the rest is our ability to customize our offering to customers’ needs, as well as our fantastic team.
The Washtub was started as “Mom and Pop” shop in 2001 and after changing hands in 2022 we are striving to maintain some of the original goals of being the cleanest, well-maintained laundromat in town. We have kind and considerate attendants always ready and willing to help in any way they can. No coins needed with our Laundry Card System. With the Laundry Card System, a digital balance is stored on a smart card. Users start laundry machines simply by presenting the laundry card to the card reader. The reader debits the balance and starts the machine. Users can add value to the balance on their card or purchase a new card at the Value-Add-Center kiosk using cash, credit cards or Apple Pay.
The Value Add Center is used to reload your Wash Card that is used at each machine. The Card can be loaded with Cash ($1, $5, $10, $20) or with Credit/Debit Cards ($10, $15, $20, $25).
The cards cost $2 each and are dispensed by this machine, they are reusable as long as you keep them.
